Fifth Log Cabin Hitty

Here’s my fifth Log Cabin Hitty.  I am very pleased with how well her lips turned out, and am very happy about the outfit I sewed for her.  I’m finally getting to where I can sew nicer outfits and have been sewing more than carving lately.  I’m finding sewing to be a joyful experience and am having a lot of fun trying new techniques for making lovlier dresses.

My fifth Log Cabin Hitty measures just at 6 1/2″ inches high.  I am still trying new things to try and shape my Hittys faces better.  Right now I am very pleased with the shape of her face but it’s still not exactly what I am trying for.
