Airmid Blythe

Airmid is an Ashton Drake Golden Goddess Blythe dressed in an elegant gown with delicate embroidery along the shoulders and front.

Airmid is my favorite Blythe because she was my first, and because her dress is just so darn beautiful.

I am of irish descent, and since she is a “Goddess” Blythe I named her after the Irish Goddess Airmid.

Airmid was a craftswoman and herbalist who used herbs to heal and help others.  I thought the name would be perfect for my favorite Blythe because it represents things I enjoy most.  Arts and crafts, as well as using the planets gifts (herbs, flowers, fruits etc.) to heal and help others.

Airmid will not be visiting the blog often, she rests more than Star, my second Blythe, because she likes solitude.   She’ll occasionally appear to say hello, but for now, she just wanted to say hello!
